Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can
 return the item. Returns are free, Fill in the returns form  place in the package and email us for a pre paid My Hermes label, Print out and stick on to the package and take to the nearest parcel shop(find nearest My Hermes parcelshop at www.myhermes.co.uk/parcelshop-finder.)Returns are accepted only in its original re-sellable condition, which means Item must not be used, worn, marked have no scent, pet hair or in a condition that it can't be sold again. Items should be returned in its original packaging with all product tags attached.
Please be careful when clothing is tried on that make up is not worn, hair products, fragrances, deodorant or other creams or substances which could mark or damage the product are not worn. This will only result that your returned item will not be accepted by us for a refund. But will require a postage payment for us to return back to you. We will keep or await for payment of the item for a maximum 30 days after this it will be disposed of.

 Item must be returned within 21 days of the receipt.

One free returns label per order/first exchange,refund. Any further returns or exchanges will be at customers expence.

For hygiene reasons-we cannot accepted exchanges or refunds on underwear, socks

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the item has arrived faulty or we have sent the incorrect item then fill in the returns form and let us know if the item is still required or a refund is wanted.  Items becoming faulty after wearing will be subject to an inspection when returned to us.
If the fault is considered a genuine factory fault then you will be refunded.
If not a factory fault then item will be returned back to you with reference to above paragraph – Return postage should be paid.
Compleat the returns form and place in the package with the item.
email us for the pre paid MyHermes label, Print out and Stick onto package, and  take to the nearest drop off parcelshop(find nearest My Hermes parcelshop at www.myhermes.co.uk/parcelshop-finder. ) 
 obtain a proof of posting from the clerk when parcel is handed over
All returns are the responsibility of the sender until it arrives to us.
Free returns only apply for UK orders only

REFUNDS

We issue all refunds within 2 working days from receiving the item/s back.

Original postage paid on items is not refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

If your original order has benifited from a free delivery, and your return is only part of that order requireing a refund then the remaining order balance will be subject to being charged the relevant postage cost. the amount will be deducted from the refund
